Loustic - Charmant gîte en baie de Douarnenez

We propose you to the rent, on the commune of Plomodiern, this charming lodging of a surface of 55 m ², joint with the owners, in 2 km of the sea and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 40 m².
This lodging has Wifi. Do not hesitate to book this charming cocoon!

The lodging of lime pit foot is composed in the following way:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa, decorative fireplace and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A laundry room with washing machine.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet.
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds and a closet.
- A bathroom with shower, hair dryer and towel dryer.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A beautiful south-facing garden of 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The Loustic gîte is attached to another property and is located in a pleasant courtyard shared with the owners, who are discreet but available when needed. The family atmosphere is conducive to relaxation, in very pleasant surroundings.
The road in front of the garden is a cul-de-sac with very little traffic: it is used only by the owners and a few hikers. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

Plomodiern is a commune nestled on the bay of Douarnenez at the entrance of the peninsula of Crozon. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a multitude of activities both land and sea. Let yourself be carried away by the Celtic atmosphere and discover Locronan, a village of character or Quimper, two beautiful cities with enriching cultural visits! You will be seduced by the green nature on one side and its fine sandy beaches on the other side such as Kervijen, Porz Ar Vag, Lestrevet; Kervel and Sainte-Anne-la-Palud are about 10 kilometers away and offer you the possibility to try many nautical activities: surfing, sand yachting, boating, kitesurfing...
- Tourist sites : The typical village of Locronan is 15 minutes away (discovery of the village with its numerous galleries, its church, its small shops and its creperies). The authentic town of Douarnenez is 20 minutes away (discovery of the canneries, the port, the town center and the coastal paths). The superb peninsula of Crozon is 25 min away with Telgruc-sur-Mer, Morgat, Crozon, Camaret-sur-Mer... (the opportunity to go on the GR34, the points and the pretty beaches !)

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the outside parking of the gite (2 vehicles).

- The fireplace is functional. Wood is provided.

- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

Loustic "Beautiful place 🙂 Beautiful place with friendly and helpful owners. The gîte is situated in a quiet rural area close to Plomodiern which is perfect to discover the Crozon Peninsula and the Bay of Douarnenez. The interior looks a bit old (except the bathroom) at first but everything was well maintained and very clean. We felt comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. PS. I had a good laugh at the low tech (but quite efficient) ""ventilation"" inside the WC. 🙁 For 3 people the place was spacious enough but it would be too small for me with 4 people."

Loustic "Havre de paix au cœur de la baie de Douarnenez 🙂 Le gîte lumineux et bien équipé est parfait pour résider au calme tout en étant à proximité des plages (5/7 min en voiture), au cœur de la baie de Douarnenez. Il est facile de rayonner dans la région pour découvrir ses nombreux points d’intérêt. L’espace extérieur est très agréable. Les chambres suffisamment grandes pour s’y sentir bien. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont réservé des petites attentions sympathiques. Le village de Plomodiern offre des commodités pratiques (poissonnerie, supermarché, station service,…) Nous reviendrons !"

Loustic """...ab vom Schuss,im Feld..."" ist diese Unterkunft. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und vor Allem ""seelenruhig"". Weit und breit ist NICHTS außer Felder u Weiden und 3 Wohnhäusern (inkl. d Unterkunft). Bedingt dadurch bitte an Fliegenklatsche/Fliegengitter denken. Seeeeehr hundefreundlich und für deren Besitzer ein optimales "" Plätzchen"". Die Inhaber sind freundlich und kümmerten sich. In 4km Entfernung gibt es 2 atemberaubende Strände! Dort hat es jeweils 1 schönes Restaurant. Plomodiern selbst ist klein und mit einem Supermarché ausgestattet. Leider ist ansonsten nichts los und in der nahen Umgebung ebenso nichts. Alles in Allem konnten wir uns erholen, ""runterkommen"" und vor Allem ausschlafen. Es wurde allerdings Abends noch kalt. Definitiv ist ein Ausflug nach Concarneau (50km) empfehlenswert und eine schöne Abwechslung."

Très agréable de trouver un logement pouvant accueillir des chiens de plus de 10 kg et acceptant plusieurs. Je recommande et je retournerai chez ses propriétaires très gentils

Loustic "Eine große Enttäuschung und viel zu teuer 🙂 Das Bad, die Sitzecke, schlafen konnte man hervorragend total still. 🙁 Gut dargestellte Bilder auf Plattform. Küche alt, das Besteck, Geschirr alt, das ganze Haus muffig. Die angebotene Waschmaschine ist defekt und das schon länger. Die Bettwäsche und 1Handtuch für 15 Euro ist frech. Auch diese ist alt und riecht muffig. Eine Hecke die zur Haustüre führt wuchert fast die Haustüre zu. Die Besitzer haben es nicht für nötig befunden zu informieren, dass auf der Rückseite eine riesige Baustelle ist auf der gearbeitet wird. Wer dieses Haus mieten will darf den Angaben nicht glauben. Im Haus war es staubig und alles hat unsauber gewirkt. Ich vermiete selbst und weiß was Sauberkeit ist. Wir haben uns so auf dieses Haus gefreut, waren nur froh endlich abreisen zu können"
