We had a fantasic stay at Lesconil. The house is perfectly equipt, very tastful decorated and the garden is a great place to relax. Nadine and Yvon are very kind hosts and the contact was absolutely uncomplicated. We will send pictures from our new family member, the baby seal soon. ;-) Many thanks! Fabian and family

TrĂšs agrĂ©able sejour Ă  Lesconil. La Bretagne, une rĂ©gion magnifique, que de jolies dĂ©couvertes ! Et, quel plaisirs de profiter en plus de la maison Ty Louarn Neuve, confortable et si jolie. Prestations conformes Ă  l’annonce, haut de gamme 
excellent contact avec la propriĂ©taire

De part nos vacances bretonnes prĂ©cĂ©dentes, ce logement c’est le top du top. L’habitation est toute neuve et son confort est Ă  100% de ce que l’on peut espĂ©rer, voire souhaiter. Tout y est fonctionnel, moderne dernier cri et Ă  la pointe de l’actuelle technologie. Tout a Ă©tĂ© bien pensĂ© et il n’y a pas un accessoire, un ustensile ou autre qui fera dĂ©faut dans vos souhaits ou exigences. Si c’est le confort et la quiĂ©tude que vous recherchez, c’est du 1000% de satisfaction que vous aurez. La situation est idĂ©ale. A un jet de pierre de la plage trĂšs Ă©tendue et aux divers points d’accĂšs, du centre, du port et des marchĂ©s. Diverses grandes surfaces sont prĂ©sentes Ă  trĂšs courtes distances. De toutes nos expĂ©riences, c’est trĂšs certainement celle qui recueille tous nos suffrages. Que du bon. Je recommande trĂšs vivement cette location car en aucun cas vous ne pourrez ĂȘtre déçu. Je suis sincĂšre au moment de rĂ©diger le prĂ©sent avis.

La maison de Nadine est impeccable en termes de propreté, ce qui crée une atmosphÚre agréable dÚs l'entrée. Elle est idéalement située, offrant un accÚs facile aux plages et aux commodités locales tout en restant dans un cadre tranquille. L'équipement de la maison est complet et de qualité, répondant à tous les besoins pour un séjour confortable. De plus, l'espace généreux des piÚces permet à chacun de se sentir à l'aise, que ce soit pour se détendre.

Wir haben im Juli 2023 knapp 2 Wochen in Nadines Haus verbracht. Das Haus selbst, und auch Nadine als Gastgeberin haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider liegt das Haus an einer fĂŒr unser Empfinden stark befahrenen Straße (Verbindungsstraße zw. Lesconil und Le Guilvinec, ĂŒber die zudem der Strand, als auch CampingplĂ€tze erreicht werden). Der Garten war fĂŒr uns aufgrund des StraßenlĂ€rms nicht nutzbar. Auch im Innenraum ist der Verkehr sehr deutlich wahrnehmbar, da die Schiebefenster keinen hohen Schallschutz bieten. Da wir im Urlaub Ruhe suchen, war die Unterkunft fĂŒr uns definitiv nicht die richtige Wahl! Schade!
