"This was our 6th visit to The Mayia hotel and it never disappoints . From the moment you walk in you are greeted with calmness and smiles. All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . Leider war der Pool ohne Wasser trotz durchaus badetauglicher Temperaturen in der Aprilwoche. Die Sauberkeit war okay bis auf die Reste der Vorgänger im Kühlschrank. "Nice hotel rooms and nice view. Breakfast is underwhelming as compared to the Oasis hotel across the street. Oasis has lower prices and better breakfast but the rooms are not as nice as the Lighthouse. However, the Lighthouse staff are much less friendly and less helpful than the Oasis. Overall, the Oasis seems like a much better value."

"Location was pretty good. Bus stop right outside helpful. Food generally good but could do with being hotter. À la carte restaurant was better. Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! Although all inclusive, mini bar limited (no wine) and only replenished every other day. Also bizarrely you had to pay extra for a bottle of water ! All spirits/wine were just local, premium...

"Nice location but confusion to enter suites. needed to hang around for 30 minutes and ask local workmen to contact owner. No hot water at all for entire stay. water pressure was low. at some points the toilet would not flush. Low price is not worth the hassle/headache."
