"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, aber in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand. Die Möbel sind schmutzig u. zum Teil kaputt. Das einzige Fenster, dass man öffnen konnte, war direkt über der Abzughaube eines Restaurants, so dass sehr unangenehme Gerüche in die Wohnung kamen - auch bei geschlossenem Fenster, da es undicht / kaputt war. Im Bad gab es Kakerlaken. Die Vermieterin war schon im Vorfeld unfreundlich und hat auf meine abschließende Beschwerde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Ich rate dirngend...
