"We had a lovely week here, the house has everything we needed (2 adults & 2 teenagers) and the garden is beautiful, and incredibly peaceful. Laurence and Jacky were there to welcome us on arrival, and Laurence showed us around and recommended places to visit (we went to Mont St Michel and St Malo, both short drives) - we managed well with a combination of French and English :) we rented the sheets & towels etc but didn’t have cash so paid next day. With hot weather the pool was fantastic! Also managed pétanque & badminton in well-stocked garden. The house has a dvd player and we got some dvd bargains in nearby supermarket! The layout worked well for kids to have a room each upstairs and we had downstairs room. All beds are huge! We would certainly return. Thank you for hosting us! "

"We arrived on the eve of the fête de Saint Suliac, a well organised & not particularly disruptive event held in the port beneath the house wich is situated in a tranquil close. Philippe, our host, was most hospitable & the house very comfortable & well laid out, without being fancy. The weather could not have been better & we loved time spent on the terrace with picturesque views of the estuary, walks along the beach & in the village, trips to the surrounding coast, the markets of St Malo, Cancale etc.A return trip is very possible...Merci Philippe"

"E everything perfect as usual. Only thing that would help us enjoy our stay more is a hand rail in the pool. I have been coming for 4 years with my mother but she finds it increasingly difficult each year to access the pool as there is no hand rail. "

"A lovely, quiet hotel with a very welcoming owner! There was not much choice of restaurants close by- but we ate at the hotel and it was very good. Fish soup recommended! The room was comfortable and the bed even more so. The secure parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. "

"Great location easy walking distance of town. Short drive to all the sites! Dol de Bretagne is a great place to stay if you want to be away from masses of tourists, but able to easily travel to see the sites! "
