Agence Cocoonr offers you, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming studio apartment 100m from the beach, completely refurbished with a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 2 travellers. Located on the 4ᵉ floor (no lift), it consists of a fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with shower). Warm and comfortable atmosphere. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
