The house is classified 3 stars. At the end of the quay (it is the penultimate house before the departure of the GR34 path) it offers an authentic environment, peaceful and charming.
On the ground floor a large living room with exposed beams and wood stove, and a fully equipped kitchen with a veranda overlooking the terrace. Extra toilet and shower next to the kitchen.
On the 1st floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor, the stairs lead to an open and large master bedroom with private bathroom.
All rooms have a magnifique view on the harbor.
Please note that we conserve the charm of the traditional style but not sound insulating.
The house is just next door to the GR34 path , which you can take to reach by the cliff the beautiful beach of Val-André.
A first beach is a 3-minute walk from the house.
You can easily do your shopping by foot (bakery, organic grocer, antique shops, bookshops ...) and enjoy the restaurants on the wharf.
From the port: take the GR34 path, join the boat "La Pauline" for a tour, go fishing ...
10-15 minute walk: the village of Val-André which offers nautical center, cinema, casino, golf, tennis, spa, Mickey club ...
You can also discover this beautiful coast of Saint-Malo in Paimpol through Fort Lalatte, Cape Frehel and why not the inevitable island of Bréhat.
