"We spent 8 days in Sicily circling the island and Villa Ambra was our absolute favorite stay. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, the home and room was beautiful, and the breakfast was beyond amazing. The staff gave us EXCELLENT. Suggestions on how to make the most of our time in Noto. We would stay here again, 1000 times over. If we were to re-create this trip, we would definitely spend at least two maybe three nights here and take day trips. There is so much to see and do nearby...

"There was no parking near this B&B. We parked in a parking garage near the waterfront at the entrance to the island of Ortega for 15 euro/day. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the B&B and is worth the walk d/t it’s central location. We also did not have breakfast on site but were given coupons for a nearby cafe. This happened to us a couple of times this trip & we are wondering if it is because November is slower season & it is easier for the host to give out coupons in lieu of preparing...

"The Maeco B and B is right at the centre of Ortigia and convenient for easy walking to restaurants, shops and all the beautiful sites that the island has to offer. We were welcomed by Alisia who was very helpful and gave us a guide to all the places to see. The next day wee met Martina the owner who was also very welcoming. "This property is located away from the busy city area in Siracusa, about 20mins drive to the city. However, the accommodation offers easy parking (right outside the accommodation) which is free. It’s a small property but the kitchen serves amazing dinner (need to the staff knows on the earlier in the day as they will prepare the dinner). The menu changes every evening. "This property is located away from the city and is great if you have a car otherwise don’t go. We left this hotel and rented a different hotel on Isla Ortigia which was awesome we spent one night at Villa Cristina and did not go back because we didn’t have a car and didn’t want to drive there"
