"If you are traveling as two separate couples and in the Frankfort area, this place is absolutely perfect. Two separate homes were extremely well kept. They smelled brand new and looked it as well. Beds were very comfortable. Property was quiet and right on the river. We came for the UGA v Kentucky game and this place was about thirty minutes from Lexington. We didn't know it was bourbon fest weekend but that turned out to work out nicely as well as we were able to hit several local distilleries...
