"This is an adorable clean cottage with good amenities. Located near Suncrest shopping center that has all kinds of shops and eateries plus a large grocery store. The only negatives (but not enough to change my rating) the roads to get to house are like back alleys that are wide enough for one car. Plus there is very little lawn for outside activities, but two great porches."

"We needed a place for a few days/nights so that our family could be close and together while my wife had surgery at Ruby Memorial. The location fit our needs well. It gave us a temporary home base away from home that helped our kids have some normalcy and fun while mom was going through a hard time."

"Stayed here with a friend was a half way point between our two homes. The house was immaculate! Off street parking was huge it was a perfect place our base during our visit. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Though we had 0 issues. House was modern, extremely clean, comfortable beds, nice touches coffee, cream, sugar, toiletries etc. No show stoppers. Only recommendations would be better towels, mirrors in bedroom and a full length mirror. Nothing I consider negatives....

"This was a great house to stay in. It was super clean and decorated so cute. Plenty of space for 6 of us and had everything you could need if you wanted to cook. We love the front porch. Proximity to WVU and downtown was great. Only a few minutes away. The only thing I would warn people about is that the driveway is wicked steep as are the front stairs."

"We were there for our granddaughter’s wedding at Adaland Mansion. This was a convenient location for traveling to and from the event. The house was beautifully decorated and very roomy for a large family. Everything was clean and comfortable. The rain kept us from enjoying the outdoors but there was lots of room for outdoor sitting and grilling. Sherry is an exceptionally good host. I would recommend the riverfront home to anyone traveling to that area."

It had everything we needed. The views were amazing and we loved just sitting on the front porch watching the river."
