"Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!"

"This was our third time staying at the river life property and it was yet another beautiful stay. We have to travel to Vermont every year to drop off/pick up our daughter from camp and always make sure to book a stay here! I want to highlight how much is really provided for you at these cabins. From Inside to out it is thoughtfully stocked, weather you need a couples vacation, time with family, or like us some place beautiful and easy to stay during a long road trip. Inside they leave many nice welcome baskets and gifts, even some treats for the pups! Forget a lantern? Don't worry there's one provided! Multiple ways to make coffee, even a stack of filters. Need fire wood? They provided a complimentary bundle and they have plenty for sale a quick few steps from the cabin. They provided every basic kitchen and bathroom item, which makes it so nice on being able to pack light for the stay. The property it's self is just perfect! Games galore in the recreational area next to the river. They expanded the trails since we were last year giving lots of places to explore the rivers edge and take a leisurely morning walk with the pups. The addition of the hots tubs was a great touch, especially for those of us that spent a lot of time in the car during our stay!! Thank you again! We will be back next year!"

"House was great and very well stocked. Really enjoyed our time here. Host was extremely responsive. Beds were made when we arrived, bathrooms had towels and toilet paper (not always the case with rentals) which waa fantaatic!"
