The instructions were provided only at 10 a.m., when you should check in. I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going.
Parking is on the street. You can arrange an overnight parking for $10 but it is possible only when you contact them before 5 pm. I have arrived at 4.40 pm and called several times but no one responded.

"The only negative is noise. Right outside is the taxi parking spot. So early in the morning the taxi drivers are loud talking where you can’t sleep like at 5am.
Plus, cars passing by with loud music.

There is a food supply kitchen in the building with pans being banged around loudly until around 10pm. I don't know if it was a special weekend or not. But, there was a festival of some sort from Friday through late Saturday night in the six blocks or so from the plaza across the street. The crowded one way streets were a hassle to navigate even with Google maps. The key and parking fob instructions were confusing as they assumed we knew we were accessing lock boxes on the exterior of the building instead of a keypad near the door. Beds are well worn and sagging. Demand hot water heater needed turned on to the max and then ran for about 8 minutes at the shower to get warm. Hot just about the time you finish your shower. "
