When we had a delayed bus and needed to change our booking at short notice, the hotel obliged and gave us a room immediately without making us pay for the room we no longer needed on a different date. "Exceptional. We had messed up our booking dates and the hotel was so accomodating. The staff were just wonderful and we had a lovely breakfast and delicious dinner. We only had one night here as we had just landed in Bolivia. With the altitude change it was tough but the hotwl had oxygen tanks avaialable. We also had a lovley massage in their spa which was great after our long flight.. highly recommend! "
