"I enjoyed the area, very lovely and walkable. The apartment was nice and clean. My only concern was that the so called “queen bed” was not a queen, but rather 2 twin beds pressed together, and the beds kept moving at night and we’d fall in the hole. Highly uncomfortable. Also, there was no hair conditioner."

"This was a very neat & clean property, very central & having very good connectivity. The 3pm check in policy was a bit rigid especially when we reached the property by 130pm. Overall will come back to stay would rate our experience a 10 on 10- perfect!!"

"Good points: Excellent communications and updates from Christian، he is someone who know his work and possess great manners، communication and hospitality skills Location: Come out of Apartment and you are in Gran Via، where life exits، all shopping and eating places near by Bed mattresses were of good quality، comfortable and great for good night sleep۔ Not so good points: WIFI was not good، ended up using my mobile network internet، also effected streaming on smart TV Property needs...

"Excelente ubicación para viajeros de a pie. En el mismo centro de Madrid. Muy seguro el edificio. Me hubiera gustado otro A/C en el apartamento, aunque tiene fans.La chica que nos recibió muy atenta y se queda al pendiente por si la necesitas. Volveríamos a quedarnos."

"Angel met us at the property after communicating with us prior to our arrival in Spain, from the US. He showed us around the apartment. Angel also marked up a map for us, indicating places we may want to visit. Everything was as described. We really enjoyed our space which had everything we needed including outlet adaptors. I do think it is only fair to mention that the neighborhood was very noisy at night mostly due to garbage collection in the middle of the night. Obviously, this is out of...
