"We rented this property for Christmas, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and there were lots of clear instructions on how to use the hot tub etc. The location was perfect, and we LOVED the decor of the place - so quirky and right up our street as we are a rock n roll loving family. "Staying at James’s place was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. James was a fantastic host: super responsive, friendly, and gave great local recommendations that really made our trip special.The location was perfect – close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet at night. "Hunts Farm Cottage is quaint, warm, cosy and we didn’t want to leave.It’s blissfully peaceful with a big garden and the cottage itself has so much character we all fell in love and didn’t want to leave.It was our temporary home for the week bridging the gap to our new home.We would definitely love to visit again "

"Great Location for staff at Henley, however few teething problems including lack of hot water in shower upstairs and boiling hot downstairs. Landlord couldn’t fix problem so offered a refund but didn’t help our staff who needed to shower after a busy day at work."

"I recently hosted my baby shower here. The house worked really well for this as had lots of parking and free parking on the road and the open plan room at the back meant we could all be in the same room. Fernando was very helpful and had great communication in the lead up. My family stayed at the property too. Unfortunately there were some leaks but I believe Fernando is aware and sorting these."

"The property has beautiful aesthetics however there were some issues with the rental. Firstly, the carpets had dirty black stains and were not clean. Secondly, the seat covers on the dining room chairs were stained. Thirdly the second bathroom didn't have enough hot water. Overall this was not a good value for the money!"

"Accommodation was excellent for us. Ideal location to walk into town. The train station for London was only a 10 minute walk away. All instructions were first class. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit next year. "

Sofitel London Heathrow

10/10 Excellent

"I like and appreciate everything about Sofitel London Heathrow, except the lack of signage letting you know how to get there from the Heathrow Express at Terminal 5... This is the second time I've stayed here, but this time I had a harder time finding the hotel, from the Heathrow Express at Terminal 5, than I did 2 yrs ago... Better, meaning more, signage directing you to their reception lobby would greatly improve check-in after a long day of traveling."
