"Great spot in Las Gaviotas, that over looks the ocean from the balcony and roof top deck. Easy check in and out process, plenty of space for friends and family to sleep, relax, and hang out. Large coverd car port that’s great to store surf and beach stuff out of the sun. The house has everything you need for a surf trip or beach vacation, and the owner is super nice and easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend "

"I've stayed in a couple different places in Gaviotas. This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable...

"Overall loved the location, beautiful view. I will stay here again. Stayed for 2 nights. Pros: location, beach access, check in staff very friendly, parking security very friendly and helpful. Very close to eateries, bars, clubs. If you want peace and quite and just want to relax this is not for you. Most of Rosarito is a party beach, a place to have fun, drink, listen to music, have a bon fire, and set some fireworks. A lot of vendors trying to sell you from peanuts to massages....
