Community pool and clubhouse access is not allowed (residents only)

COMMUNITY CONSTRUCTION:
Plaza del Mar is a new growing community of upscale homes. Currently there are two new homes under construction next door. Contractors do their best to accommodate residents and guests alike, but there's a possibility of experiencing some level of construction noise during your stay. Allowable construction hours are 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday. 8am - 12pm Saturday. No construction allowed on Sundays.

Beautiful Beach House
This house was a perfect place to enjoy a week with family! The pool, spa, and fire pit were enjoyed daily; the kitchen well equipped for many at home meals; the bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable and serene. We were well warned about construction noise, which was the only drawback. Next time those houses will be complete, and we definitely want to return! Thanks Kevin and Brenda for being excellent hosts!

This home is beautiful, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean. The layout was perfect with space and bathrooms for all. The owners were responsive and thoughtful. We can't wait to stay again!

We booked this property for a week and we had such a great time. Kevin was very responsive and helpful with anything that we needed. The pool was great also the private beach access was so nice! I would definitely recommend this place and will be back soon!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It has everything you need to have an amazing relaxing time! The guestbook has many recommendations for restaurants that we took advantage of. They were all excellent! You literally are in the sand and can watch the dolphins swimming from your hottub. My family and dog loved this house! We will definitely be back. Thank you Kevin and Brenda!!

10 year anniversary
We came down for our 10 year anniversary with our dogs. We have been coming down to Baja/Rosarito for years (until covid). This was our first trip back in a while and one of our favorites. The house was steps from the beach and was very private. Even at high tide there was room to walk on the beach. The house was even better in person. Very secure. We only slept in one bed but it was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We did not use the pool because the weather was a little too chilly but we made use of the lower level hot tub and it was great. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property on the ocean. Great for a couple or a big family or group.The home is well-appointed and has everything you might need—very thoughtful extras. Beach walking, hot spa, games, excellent Wi-Fi, and location. The hosts were very accommodating. I love the idea of a private pool in the summertime. Great waves for surfers. We will book again!

Beautiful Beachfront Getaway
Kevin and Brenda were fantastic hosts. Very communicative and gave great recommendations for the area. The home was fully stocked with anything we would need for a weekend getaway and came with thorough instructions for how to navigate the home. The house is brand new with spacious modern rooms and furniture with beautiful ocean views from almost every room. You can even see dolphins surfing by from the living room. The pool and jacuzzi were also magical and heated up quickly with direct access a few steps down to a crystal clear and quiet beach. The neighborhood was very secure with 24/7 guard at the gate. There are also great restaurants nearby with the freshest seafood. The home is located within a 30 min drive to Valle de Guadalupe for an easy day trip to wine country. We will definitely be coming back!
