"This is our second time staying at Alissa and Jeff's house at Alturas. It is a great location - very private, but not far from town - high on a hill so you always get nice breezes. Never need to use air conditioning, at least in January. The master bedroom is so spacious and all the bathrooms have just been remodeled - nice tiling! This would be a wonderful house for a family, but it was just me and my husband. Evenings we enjoyed sitting on the decks with drinks/snacks - fantastic
