"5 star but still very family friendly and accommodating. The staff were lovely, especially in kids clubs. Great facilities and high quality activities for kids . They won't want to leave the complex. We had a junior suite with lovely sea view and it was large and luxurious with a very much seperate but connected sleeping area for 2 children. Buffet selection was great, lots of options and high quality. I would have liked to have fresh water and coffee dispensers at all meals, rather than just breakfast. Also fresh water dispenser through hotel and pool areas... this would have given eco plus points rather than reliance on bottled water. "

"The food was excellent; better than we expected for sure. Unbeatable location in terms of relaxing views! Great gym as well with almost all new equipment and good variety. Lovely spa with fantastic service. We had a couple of very windy nights - I would recommend bringing ear plugs for sleeping since the balcony sun-covers and curtains on each room can really rattle around. The bed was also far too soft for our preference but I realise that's quite personal. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely come again! "

"Hotel great but they need to stop people ‘reserving’ sun beds from 6am onwards, it was really ridiculous, no sun beds left by 9am and hardly anyone in sight - but all the beds covered with towels. It made the hotel feel like a cheap 1 star motel rather than anything high end. Disappointed overall because of this."
