"I really enjoyed the location of Hotel South Beach as the beach itself was less rocky then going south or north. There is a surfing school right on the beach front and the staff at the school was so amazing. The staff at the hotel were extremely kind, fun and always pleasant. The rooms are basic, but that is all I needed in this wonderful environment. It is walking distance to the down town, El Miro hike and the famous Jaco sign...I even extended my holiday!! Thank you to Hotel South Beach staff for making my trip so memorable!"

"Lots of activities to be found when in the Jaco Walk Center. Not too far of a drive, only 5 minutes. But the people, the scenery, and the stay was more than what I was expecting. I definitely recommend this Hotel!"

"Magnificent property! Huge wrap around pool, waterfalls all around the property, beautifully landscaped grounds from the entrance and throughout. Several dining options including a huge breakfast buffet. Valet parking, spa, golf — all the amenities and top notch service. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Location of this property could not be beat and the ocean view is unbelievable. Several restaurants and small shops within walking distance and easy to get to Jaco. But what sets this house apart from any place we have stayed is the staff and customer service. Willie and Juan and the rest of the staff provide a level of service we have never seen. They were there to set up excursions, provide transportation, so many recommendations that turned out to be spot on. Not to mention they are just wonderful men that we simply enjoyed to be around. We loved every minute of our vacation and so much of it had to do with how great Willie and Juan are. We could not recommend this house enough!"

"One of the best family vacations we have had in Playa Hermosa. House was perfect, clean and perfect size for a large family. House has everything you need. David answered all my questions and the property manager was very helpful. The property staff were so kind and helpful. House is in one of the best locations and close to everything you may need or want to see. The beach is not safe to swim but the beach is beautiful to sit on w/ beautiful sunsets, do wish the house supplied beach chairs. When it rains the back road gets flooded, this was a bit of a concern but didn't ruin our vacation. I highly recommend David's Beach House. Perfect beach house & location. I wish we were still there. We plan on renting this house again in the near future. "
