Perfect stay in Playa

Everything about Coco’s condo is great. It’s clean, comfortable and well located. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are great. Coco is a great host who will help with planning transportation and dining options. The pools at the property are excellent and everything is very well maintained. We had a great stay.

The location could not possibly have been any better, just steps from the beach. The unit and the building was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The host was amazing!!! She could not have been more responsive! Thank you for the great stay!

Beautiful apartment perfect location to walk to Main Street lots of food, shops and beach so close. Staff at the condo were very helpful and Coco was the best!! We enjoyed our stay and the location is excellent. Beds were very comfortable and host was extremely responsive. The pools are a welcome relief from the heat and security strictly enforced the rules. We would stay again!

Coco’s Condo

Beautiful condo convenient to Mamista beach and Beach Club. Beautifully decorated in neutrals and perfectly equipped with everything one may need while on vacation. The large balcony overlooked the 2 pools below. I highly recommend booking this condo for your next vacation.

From the time of booking, Coco was an excellent host, very responsive. The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the pool was awesome. Being less than a block from the beach and Mamitas beach club was a huge plus. We could walk a few blocks to the grocery store and several great restaurants. Would stay again!

Coco is an amazing host, the property is beautiful & location is perfect-we walked everywhere. From any property questions we had (very few) to recommendations for dining, grocery, excursions and even the transport company we used to get us from and to the airport, she nailed it!! Great location! I didn't need to move the car even once. It's just a 2-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Coco is a great host, proactively providing recommendations and being very responsive. The apartment is in a new building, with a 24/7 front desk and a pool bar open until 10:30 PM!

We had the most amazing time here in Playa! The beach, the pool and bar, hundreds of restaurants all within walking distance. Coco was very responsive and unbelievably helpful. Would love to stay at her unit next time. Truly a five star location.

Great place, great location and nice host.

We had a great stay at this property. It is very new and modern and has great beds and furnishings. The property is very well maintained and the pool area is very private from the outside. Location is great with a short walk to the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. Coco was a great host and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend.
