Great location 1 street away from the ocean and from 5th Ave the main areas for shopping, nightlife, dinning and bus station. Only downside was construction across the street and can hear the nightclubs music as it’s half a block away

Singular is one of my favorite brands in Playa Del Carmen and the only one I stay in including the beach property. It is a nightlife club type street so there is music and fun every weekend until the early morning, rooms are always clean and the staff is amazing, pools and jacuzzi are beautiful and has an amazing view of the ocean.

Amazing location! Very convenient and close to the main strip, local beach clubs, and great food. The staff was friendly, helpful and we got new towels every day. The room was a bit small, but there was natural light, hot water, and plenty of storage space. There is some noise from the clubs, but the air conditioner usually covers the noise well. The rooftop pool area is also clean and has great food/drinks at a reasonable price. Definitely the biggest highlight is the location and I would stay again!

This is a great deal! The room is small but has everything. It is right in the center of bars and resteraunts and walkable. The pool and outdoor patio is amazing. Strongly recommend this place.
