For the first entry, guests receive a time-framed code to access the apartment. Once inside, guests will find a keyfob for easier access and power activation.

The building's swimming pool is out of service until September 20, 2026, and will be operational again on September 21, 2026. The two rooftop jacuzzis are working normally. Please note that no refunds will be issued for this.



- Guests receive a time-framed code to enter the apartment for the first time.

- Once inside, guests will find a keyfob for easier access and power activation.

- Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not restocked.

- Salt, oil and pepper are available upon request before 5:00 PM.

- Cleaning services and linen/towel changes are available for an additional fee. Please request at least 24 hours in advance.

- Daily cleaning is not included in the rate.

- Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to avoid additional charges.

- Travel crib available for USD 15 per stay, subject to availability and advance request. Confirmation is required.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is charged separately.

- For stays over 7 nights, a mandatory linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.

- Common areas are available within permitted hours, until 10:00 PM.
