"Loved the Governor’s Suite, clean and spacious. Our concierge Guillermo was great. We couldn’t enjoy the beach due to the amount and horrible smell of seaweed. Food was very good and massage at the SPA was amazing! A section of the property was under construction, but it didn’t bother us as there was no noise nor dust. Great experience overall."

"We had a wonderful family holiday here in July. We lucked out and had great, hot weather with sunny skies! There were so many amenities on site that our family of four had a blast for the whole week. We did take an excursion to Isla Mujeres for a day to get to swim in crystal clear ocean water. We didn’t know that the ocean was not swimmable due to algae at this time of year. But we went kayaking in the ocean and enjoyed the on site cenote which was so beautiful and refreshing. We had a great Expedia rep who checked in with us as well and enabled us to enjoy a meal at the highly sought after Japanese restaurant - the place was otherwise fully booked! She also surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries in our room on our final day. So sweet and special!"
