"The hotel is clean and functional. The AC is very useful in the summer. But my check-in process was very bad. The self check-in machine asked me to pay (I already paid Expedia in full when making the booking) for my booking, but always show errors when I tried to pay. "The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day. Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm. The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive. Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too). There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island."

"Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist fantastisch: nur ca. 50 Meter zum Strand und ca. 500 Meter nach El Medano. Das Haus ist für sechs Personen vorgesehen - meiner Meinung nach wird es ab fünf Personen schon etwas eng. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, doch ausreichend. Leider funktionierte die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht - und wir konnten sie auch mit Unterstützung der Eigentümer nicht in Gang bringen. Das anfangs unstabile WLan wurde auch besser und hatte weniger Ausfälle. Die Dunstabzugshaube konnten wir nicht in Gang bringen. Die Schränke waren mit dem Wichtigsten gefüllt: Salz, Gewürze, Wasser - und auch ein paar Flaschen Wein standen zur Begrüssung zur Verfügung. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte einwandfrei - ist jedoch mit 6KG bei sechs Personen etwas unterdimensioniert. Ich würde mich wieder für dieses Ferienhaus entscheiden."

"Everything was excellent. The only concern was the wind outside was incredible intense. It was extremely loud; it howled, roared, and sounded like it spoke in tongues... The wind also created a speculative view. I watched para sailing from my balcony. They skipped across the water, jumped high into the air, and floated far above the waves. It was beautiful… "
