"I had a great experience"

"Muy buen alojamiento recomendado"

"Excellent breakfast buffet.!!!"

"Great location and lovely hotel with spacious room, however, there was no hot water in the shower."

"Very clean and nice staff"

"My experience was terrible. The security and reception supervisor was not friendly at all. There was no hospitality. "Excellent experience and def would return!"

"The queen-size bedroom was very clean and organized. It features a modern decor and style. The only was missing is at least a small couch or sofa. I have to seat on the bed. Other than that everything is amazing about this hotel, restaurant and staff."

"Way too cold at night and theres no way to warm up. And dont just start the washer and walk off, turn the water on first which is a pipe in the back. Show up early breakfast finishes early. Bring long sleeve jammies and i guess you'd be fine, even with the AC off its still cold!!"

They also didn’t check the rooms so everything that was on the floor had been sitting in water for hours. They moved us to a much cheaper hotel for the night (after we requested, it had not been arrange prior). Upon my return the next night, the room now smelled strongly of cleaner. I’ve asked for a refund for that night and they only offered to refund one of the rooms...
