"So usually when I leave a review I focus on cleanliness and value, etc. which were both perfect but I have to aim this review more towards the staff, specifically a gentleman named Jesse who was working the front desk. I travel often and it’s been a long time since I had someone check me in that actually gave me the level of customer service and welcomed us in a manner that made us happy to be there! So much in fact that we came back and stayed again the following weekend! I don’t know who needs to hear this afa management or whoever is in charge at Sonesta but that repeat business was because of your worker Jesse and my suggestion would be to promote or do something to keep him around cause he was phenomenal at his job! Enjoyed talking with him both weekends and honestly will be my go to hotel when I come down for games/trips! Thank you Jesse for making me and my family feel welcome, hope to see ya next time we come down!"
