The room was clean, and the staff were super friendly. Nobody was using the pool or the hot tub. It was nice to be the only one to use it during spring break; however, if you don't know much about Platteville. There aren't many things to do. Suppose you are not visiting someone in Platteville. Dubuque, Iowa, is 30 minutes away. There are a lot more things to do there.

Excellent customer service.

The customer service was great and they even let me know that I tell them when I want my room to be serviced since they normally don’t service the rooms during your stay to help save on water and to prevent you from being disturbed while your resting.

The hot tub was very nice, but a bit over chlorinated, so we couldn't spend a lot of time in it. There was some slightly ragged trim around the hot tub, but it didn't take away from enjoying it. The tile in the bathroom was a bit slippery if it got wet.
