"I was a little bit sad to know that the 21 and up swimming pool was not open. We did enjoy the other one that connected to the Childrens pool and it was not intrusive, but I definitely would’ve preferred the other option closer to our room. The spa was amazing 10 out of 10, velvet taco was our favorite pick for dining only second to the the noodle restaurant. The sitdown restaurants that were available did not have very healthy choices and the selections were pretty much the same at each place. Overall, we had an amazing time. It was great."

"Upper management dropped the ball for a holiday weekend. We have been there before and staff was excellent. The Bar & Grill was understaffed. I actually felt sorry for them. Brandon at the Bar & Grill is excellent. I have a feeling he won't be there for long. There was only one bartender (should have been 2), there was only one person waiting tables (also should have been 2). The staff are extremely nice but due to the holiday were a bit overwhelmed. I don't believe management should have their staff stressed out like they were. I'm still on the fence about becoming a member."
