"I'll start by saying we loved the location, outside appearance and pool. However, this hotel fell a bit short of expectations. The driver expressed annoyance at me because I called the hotel when he was over 15min late for pickup and hadn't called us to alert us he would be late. Registration person came across a bit arrogant and unfriendly at check in. Room was in not very good condition - in need of repairs. Included breakfast service was terrible and food quality was not good. "
