"This is a traditional hotel, very clean, but hot water was not smoothly regulated. The water was shut down the very next day at 9 AM to fix the hot water issues. Then why I gave it a 5 stars rating? It is because of the staffs. From checking in, they were friendly and smiling, went out of their ways ..."
