"The hotel is a little dated but in a convenient location across from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the old town. The staff is helpful and friendly. The reason that I rated it so low as my husband and I would wake up with insect bites that we first thought were mosquito bites because he had found a few mosquitoes in the room. After examining the bites we feared it was bed bugs so we stripped the beds down to the mattress and with the flashlights on our phones we discovered tiny bugs crawling. We reported it to reception and they replaced the mattresses but did not acknowledge there were bed bugs. Also when we checked into our room the toilet wasn’t flushing properly and had to replace the tank the next day. The rooms were serviced daily. "

"There was a loud party with loud music until midnight. Not easy to sleep. A hassle with front desk about payment. We thought we were charged at check in but it seems we were not. All else was great. Amazing property and pool!"

"We loved our stay here. Everything so comfortable and well-run. The complimentary breakfast was incredible. None of your stale croissants here!! 😁 The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English, which helped, as our Italian is rudimentary at best! There is a fantastic supermarket across the road if you need any supplies. Easy jump into downtown Alghero, and our room had a view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again."
