"First of all the listing is very deceiving the place is nothing like what they show. The room smell so much like marijuana and even after telling maintenance the room still smell and I have a 2 year old. I probably even think the maintenance people were also smoking marijuana. The room is outdated. Also they overcharged me and didn’t want to refund me at all. Be careful with this place."

"The place is very simple, nothing spectacular but nothing to be worried about. It’s a perfect place to sleep and the hotel employees were some of the nicest we’ve ever encountered. Be aware, once you get to the property, the check in process is terrible. The host never sends the hotel the right money to charge you so you have to stand and just wait to get ahold of the host to change it and make it right. The hotel employees do the best they can and will do anything for you to help"

"Some family came from out of town for a graduation. We wanted to show them some things in Dallas, and chose this beautiful house for our stay. Just enough room for everyone, very clean. We all really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Great communication with the owners, who were also kind enough to check that we were ok after a powerful thunderstorm came the area. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Dallas."
