"Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom."

"liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "

Es standen auch jede Menge Handtücher, Tischdecken, Bettzeug, Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmittel bis hin zu einem Erste-Hilfe-Set zur Verfügung...perfekt. "Le propriétaire a annulé la réservation alors que nous étions à 10 mn de chez lui. Cette réservation était confirmée par Abritel et nous avions envoyé deux messages sans réponse. Nous avons été informés de cette annulation par Abritel, sans même un mot d’excuse du propriétaire. Il était 18h30 et il nous a fallu trouver d’urgence une autre solution d’hébergement. Je ne recommande pas cette location."

"Great outdoor area with multiple seating areas. Views to the sea are amazing! Infinity pool was very nice and kept clean throughout our stay. Inside was very clean, kitchen had all we needed to cook simple meals. Trash was removed daily. Very private unit. Location was close to town, but not walking distance. Last .5 miles is on a steep rocky road. Was not a problem for our small car. Only two issues…first was large black ants in the primary bathroom. Notified the management company who...
