"Lovely welcome from Emmanouil who couldn’t have been more helpful. We got upgraded which was nice and had a big apartment. Incredible value for money. We loved Plaka. Lots of nice restaurants and bars and not forgetting the one attached to the accomodation which was perfect for our lunch. "

"Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff...

"It's a nice and quiet hotel. Location: A bit far from town or the beach. Breakfast: at a first glimpse it looks rich but then you realize there isn't much to eat if you're looking for a healthy start. Only goat yogurt, basic kids' cereal, tasteless coffee, canned juice... Greece should be the capital of healthy and tasty cuisine. Room with sea view: we paid extra for sea view - it was blocked by palm trees...
