"The room being small and the view from the room not very nice (dirty roof). Also, the air conditioning was weak and the room very hot although it wasn't hot outside. "The accommodation is excellent and I can thoroughly recommend it. I would have given it 5* but being picky the skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned for a while but otherwise was excellent. The Hotel.com instructions are out of date and insist on contacting the hotel within 24 hours of arrival but this is unnecessary. Besides, the phone number given is no longer in use! We had a room with a good size balcony and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent and finishes at 11am, which is late by most hotels standards, as is the checkout time of midday. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this hotel! "
