The Jangle Hotel - Paris - Charles de Gaulle - Airport

"This hotel was a nice surprise, especially for an “airport” hotel. I would consider it to be an upscale hotel without an upscale price. We were three adults and the room was a good size. The fitness gym had a decent amount of equipment and the hotel restaurant food was very good. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was very convenient. The small town nearby had some nice restaurants with friendly staff. Beware that the hotel is pretty far from Paris, but obviously, close to the airport, which is what we were looking for as we were departing from France the next day. There is a fantastic mall (can’t remember the name) near the hotel if you are looking for things to do (we Ubered there), including a movie theater. If we wanted to stay near the airport again, we would stay here again."

"Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Slightly dated, but well maintained. Comfortable beds. Location is very close to M8 metro line. Quiet neighborhood."

"Just spect 4 nights here during heatwave but room was nice and cool with air conditioning. We had a triple room that was clean, by the street but with no noise. Good shower that worked fine and powerful hairdresser on the wall. Beds were very comfy. Open shelves rather than closed wardrobes but ample hangers and space for 3. Had no need to fully engage with reception as we had no issues whatsoever albeit everyone we dealt with was friendly and asked if everything was ok. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. The lounge area is eclectic and interesting. We booked this hotel due to location, price and good reviews. Ignore negative comments and focus on the good ones. It’s worth adding that we have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and that there are aspects of this 2 star one that are better, the beds and shower are good examples."
