"Had a great time staying for a weekend at this condo. 3 spacious bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. Location was everything, 1 house from the beach with beach views. 1 block from the main section with restaurants, bars, dessert, and coffee shops. Farmers market comes on Sunday. There was street noise and could hear if any of the neighbors in the complex were on their balconies hanging out but certainly some bedrooms quieter than others. Didn’t mess with anyone’s sleep but sensitive sleepers would...

"The property is in great shape and is very clean. The kitchen had all of the pots and pans, and whatnot needed to make all of our meals. Beds were comfy. Shower had good water pressure. It's a short walk to the beach. Free parking is easy to find around the neighbourhood. Host was easy to get in touch with for any questions. Would recommend."

"Great location to Disney parks! Only a 20-25 minute walk. Lots of space for a family of 4 or more! 2.5 baths was a definate plus. Property manager was quick to respond even prior to our arrival. The only complaint we had is that it lacked some general cleaning, but the property manager very quickly offered to rectify the situation. While a bit inconvenient at the start of our stay, it didn't impact the rest of our trip. "

Ideal location to all the shops, restaurants and bars in Newport and Balboa and the absolute best spot for people watching! We loved just sitting on the patio, feet up, enjoying our wine and admiring the ocean in front of us. Big enough for our family of 4, and it's so great to have a garage. Highly recommend for the most convenient and comfortable place to stay on the beach. "

"This location was perfect! Steps from the beach , restaurants and bars. House was clean and had everything you needed. Communication was easy with the property owners. They let us know the house was ready to check in a couple hours early. If you want a beach retreat this place is perfect."
