Upstairs is the main, light filled, open living area along with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the mesmerizing ocean views from each of the living areas as well as the outdoor veranda which runs the length of the house overlooking your private beach and ocean. French Doors lead from the Living Room and Master Bedroom to the large covered veranda. From the veranda is a spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop deck with beautiful 360 degree views of the Caribbean sea, 20 islands, the back-bay, Mayan mountains and stunning sunsets.

This is the most beautiful area of the Peninsula and is conveniently located just a mile north of Maya Beach where you will find groceries, great restaurants and bars. We are away from the noise and dust of Placencia Village but it is an easy drive down the main paved road to the Village where you will find numerous great shops, restaurants, beach bars, vegetable stands and live music.

Swim, snorkel, beachcomb or relax in the pool or a hammock on the deck - all available here at your vacation home. We have paddeboards, kayaks and bikes to enhance your beach vacation. Belize is an amazing natural wonder with the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. You can charter a private boat to pick you up in front of the house on the pier.
