"If I could give a score of 100/10 I would. From the moment we arrived by taxi, we were welcomed. The front desk check in staff were so welcoming and nice. Not just to us, but to our friends who were staying nearby. The restaurant staff were amazing and so accommodating. The room was very clean and perfect for our needs! "The hotel is situated in an excellent, central location and the rooftop terrace view was out of this world! The breakfast was exceptional…12/10! Saying that, couldn’t ever reach front desk, mould in the shower (ceiling and floor) and the paint was peeling in the shower, water sprays on the floor despite efforts to guide the shower head, and there were no face cloths. Lastly, only one English Channel on the tv and the light by the door is in the way when trying to open it for fresh air."
