"Front Desk Personnel are rude,Ice is not available,Breakfast is terrible,We wasted a day of our stay as they said they were moving us to the other room due to water leak then later told us they can wait till we check out we stuck around in the hotel thinking we were moving for nothing.Molds in Shower,often miss putting toilet paper when room is made up,bed is too firm bad for our back,"

"The rooms were super warm and didn’t allow temperature control by claiming we were still in the winter season and it was 25 degrees outside and in full spring! I couldn’t sleep and the only choice they gave me was to change rooms and gave me one even closer to the highway so even more noice so I couldn’t open the window ! It’s a pitty as the room was ok and the spa was nice with an extra charge but the pillows are hard like bricks … a very disappointing stay "

"Una buena opción sobre todo si vas en transit por Barcelona pues queda cercano al aeropuerto, un Uber o taxi llegará en 10 minutos y te cobrará 20 Euros. Además, tiene un outlet mall muy cerca y una plaza comercial con supermercado que incluye también un food court justo detrás del hotel, unas buenas ventanas. Lo único que quizá necesitan es un poco más de equipamiento y decoración de la habitación porque se siente como fría.Pero en general, una muy buen opción en cuanto a calidad/precio."

"There was no air conditioning. The host was great to respond up until we checked in - and then quit responding. I reported the lack of air conditioning and the heat and stuffiness of the room numerous times. We opened the window for some relief, but the neighbor was frequently smoking on the adjacent balcony and I am allergic to cigarette smoke so I had to shut the window most evenings. "
