Relax in the large bedroom with a king-size bed, enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen and soak up the plush entertainment of 2 large TVs. The Southside Flats are located .5 miles away and downtown just 2 miles away. Enjoy a hassle-free experience with no stairs within the property (There are steps to enter the house) Chore free checkout! *This is a lower unit in a duplex. The drive does involve steep hills!

There is no shared space with upstairs tenant.

12PM early check in sometimes available upon request.
