Perfect place to stay while visiting friends and family in Pittsburgh. Rates are $135.00/night based on 2 adults. The site will not calculate more than that. Extra adults are $25.00 per night per adult and for children 17 and under $10 per night per child. Children under 2 are free. Furry friends are $10.00 per night per pet.

Cute little cabin

Great, private and clean little cabin close (15-20 minute drive) to downtown Pittsburgh. Plenty of dining options close by, but the kitchen is fully stocked of we wanted to prepare our own meals. Loved how quiet the location was and even more so, I loved all the fresh cut flowers in the cabin. The cabin definitely had a nice persoanl 'homey' feel. Would stay here again.

Cozy Stay!

Had a great stay! Cabin was super cozy and VERY well stocked. Convenient location as well for us spending one day in Pittsburgh and one day in Mars. If I’m ever back in the area, I will most certainly be back!

Clean and comfortable

This cabin was nice, clean and private. It was perfect for our family and close to where we wanted to go. We would definitely stay again when in the area. The owner was very nice and available if needed. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Burch in the Fall

The cabin was a true delight. Nestled in a quiet part of Harmarville over looking the Fall colors. The cabin was comfortable cozy and warm feeling. We had our dog and she loved the big yard. The inside was clean and had all the essentials we needed. It was located in a central location for us because we spent most of our time in Fox Chapel .we would definitely come back

Awesome Place!!

This is the place

If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful spot to stay in the Pittsburgh area that's close to everything, but away from the noise, noise, noise, this is THE place. Fabulous, responsive hosts, a comfortable, well-stocked cabin with walking paths and beautiful pond. It's all waiting for you here.

Wonderful hidden Gem!

This was a perfect place for me, my husband and dogs to stay! Centrally located to many great spots in The Burgh! Family came to visit and had a nice dinner as it had all that was needed for cooking. Grocery stores/restaurants were less than 15 minutes away. The grounds were beautiful! Plan to book again!!

Wonderful place to stay

Absolutely love this place. It is charming, extremely clean and well appointed. Our stay was wonderful. It is nice to relax on the deck and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. So much better than being in a hotel. Diane is the perfect hostess. She is quick with responses and attentive to details Will definitely come back.

Cozy cabin

Diane was a great communicator. Cabin was very clean, cute, comfortable, well stocked in every way, and on a beautiful piece of land. I had a relaxing stay and will definitely visit again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy stay in a close suburb to Pittsburgh, especially if you have a dog. Lots of room outside to roam.

Excellent cabin

This is a beautiful little cabin that is well-appointed. It's difficult to believe that this beautiful country property is only a 12 mile drive to downtown Pittsburgh. The host was easily reached and very accommodating. The stairs to the loft are steep and require ducking to avoid hitting your head and is better suited for the young. That being said, if I ever return to Pittsburgh, this is where I'll be staying.

Great stay and a great location

This cabin is a hidden gem. It sits on a wooded lot with a great view of a pond and old oak trees from the back porch. On the edge of Fox Chapel, it's far enough removed from Downtown to relax and enjoy the outdoors, but still just a 15-20 minute drive to attractions like the Pittsburgh Zoo, PNC Park and more. It has a yard for kids and dogs to enjoy, and we made use of the fire ring and grill for a picnic with family and friends. Our host, Diane, stocked the house with a continental breakfast, and was helpful and available throughout our stay.

The Perfect Place

We arrived on Friday evening to find this beautiful cabin ready for our arrival. It is spotless and had everything we needed. It is set back off the road and when you are sitting on the deck, you are in another world-it is so serene. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing weekend and we got it! We grilled, took a nature walk, and just enjoyed some quiet time with no distractions. Diane was an amazing host and was very accommodating. We will definitely be back by the fall!

Christmas Week

With an aging family in Pittsburgh that we love to spend time with, we've needed to find homes away from home for our growing family. Diane's place was perfect. The property is extremely well laid out for outdoor activities. Our son was able to do a bit of sled riding due to the light snowfall accumulated on our arrival. Our dog loved running through the woods during our few trail walks on the property. The log cabin and setting reminded my youth and childhood home just a few miles up in the valley. It was a truly magical stay. Thanks!!!

Uncomfortable & Unsafe

The beds slept so bad, that although we paid for two nights. We left after the first night. The stair to go upstairs are so small and steep they are so unsafe. The front sidewalk is so unlevel that my husband who had back surgery in November fell. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone!
