"We had such an awesome stay and really got to enjoy Birch Haven, between cooking dinner and staying in to the outdoor shower. Our stay was more than we had hoped for as far as cleanliness, communication, not to mention how kind the owners are. A lot of thought went into their home and it shows. Nothing beats a sunrise from a beautiful wrap around deck and a hot cup of coffee in hand. Definitely can’t wait to return. A huge plus was that the home is easily accessible for a weekend of riding, being that it is on the ATV trail. "

"We booked the cabin last minute for a 4th of July getaway. I was surprised that such a nice place was available last minute! The owners have done a great job with the renovation and it’s clear they take pride in this space. It is so clean! Plenty of bathroom towels and the kitchen had everything we could’ve possibly needed. We used the flat top grill every day! The beds were also super comfortable. John was really easy to communicate with and sent us a bunch of great information for the area. We rented UTVs from Bear Rock Adventure and they were also awesome!As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze, in particular the shower, but not a huge deal for us. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We had an amazing time. Beautiful property! It was all about fishing and bon fires for us. We usually take our family vacations at the beach, but my kids and their spouses wanted to do something different. It was so much fun that we have decided to rotate between the beach and the lake every other year. The location was wonderful so quiet and peaceful. The loons were so much fun to listen too. 8 adults and 4 dogs. We had plenty of room. The house was very clean, and the property manager was super communicative. "
