"The water pressure was very very low the toilet wouldn't hardly flush. I did not attempt to shower because it just dribbled even the bathroom sink was very low pressure I guess I could have said something but I did not. Possibly just that one room."

"No easy curb side pull up to check in. Hotel is very beautiful. Rooms are very spacious. Staff is friendly. Spa is very nice. Wish the massage was done a bit better. Person maybe was new didn’t seem very experienced in massage therapy."

"The shower curtain was 8 inches too short in room 139 which let water flood the bathroom. Had to use many towels and bath mats to soak it up. It was a slippery safety hazard. But Jodi was extremely attentive to my needs which I greatly appreciated!"

"The bathroom amenities were very cheap products and not ones I would usually purchase. The tubs are very.....slippery. Had to put a towel down before taking a shower in order not to slip. The hallway carpet looked dirty and was not tacked down properly. Was difficult to walk on. 80 years old and they put us at the very end of a hallway next to last door. Not the best...."
