"We had a 4-night stay and everything was great! Our room was clean and fresh-smelling and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the carpeted floor instead of the more common bare floors these days. I also appreciated being able to specify only limited housekeeping (towels and trash) until check-out, so i wasn't concerned about leaving all our stuff strewn about or being in the room when a housekeeper came to clean it. Check out time was at NOON, so we had plenty of time to sleep in/get breakfast before packing up. The parking garage was well lit and convenient for access from the elevator, especially during rainy weather. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our every need, and able to find us a room with a needed sitting area (couch) when the one i reserved turned out not to have one. The breakfast buffet (open until 9:30 AM!) had plenty of choices (at least, until the sausages ran out by the time we got there after 9 am) but the scrambled eggs and cinnamon rolls were excellent. The weather was rainy so we didn't get a chance to use the pool or outdoor spa, but the adjacent, large patio/garden area with umbrella-covered tables and chairs was lovely. I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Express to others and we would stay there again if in the area."
