"The suite was in a good central location to Parramatta CBD. Close to Light Rail and large shopping complex an easy walk away. The river ferry was a 5 minute walk. The railway station was near the shopping complex. Metro Woolies shopping next door which had a large range of food and necessities. Nice cafes and eateries nearby. The only problem was the lift services were slow due to breakdowns, leaving many people waiting for 10-20 minutes for the service."
