"Nothing about this property was as pictured. I took photos of the space because it was so bad. The kitchenette was a minifridge and microwave unplugged in a closet. There was 1 towel. The couch was stained. It wasn't a studio as shown, it was ridiculous. We called Expedia, left within 20 minutes and stayed elsewhere. "Perfectly placed apartment in The Hub. Cleaned and well maintained. Easy instructions to obtain keys and parking. One griped was that it is close to the bar in the square so Thursday and Friday you’ll get music played until late and the bedroom window is right outside. This isn’t an issue but is the only thing I would say is not 5 stars. Will definitely use again when staying in MK for work."

"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). "The apartment was well appointed but had not been cleaned sufficiently. Lack of towels and kitchen cleaning items caused us frustration. There was a very complicated deposit payment system and communication from staff in different counties and time zones made it difficult. With no reception and no staff on duty there were things that were not adequately sorted out. "
