It is convenient to everywhere in the city, either walking, public transportation, or Uber. It is only 15 minutes to South Philly & the Stadiums by Uber. Independence Hall & the Historic District is a 10 minute walk. Sonny's fantastic cheese steaks is 2 blocks away. 2nd year we've stayed here, will again!"

"First, Reginald is amazing, super responsive and the property had everything and more. OMG the property location is center to everything whether driving or taking an Uber. Plenty of space and great on street parking. If you are in the Phila area this is the place for you!!!!"

There was no iron, only 3 face clothes (for a place that sleeps 7) and only 1/3 a roll of papertowel. It appeared to be clean but there was a lot of hair in the bathrooms and an ant problem.
