"I liked that it was safe and well-lit. The breakfast was filling. The room was clean. But the website for Best Western Oakdale, LA showed in their choice of rooms that there was a jacuzzi tub in there, which at that location, they don't have any rooms with that. They showed a swimming pool and nice area to sit, and the gate had a big padlock on it. the pictures that are on the website show there is an indoor jacuzzi, which was not there. The toilet seat was very loose. The agent at the desk at...

"Love the staff and environment is very clean and warmth feeling only problem I think the breakfast should switch up not the same thing everyday that’s just I would love to come back and stay I have no complains about my room or customers service I enjoyed my stay"

"We had to leave extra early for our trip so our breakfast was a partial event. We had to eat cereal and drink coffee in the dark. We couldn’t find the lights switch."

"The staff was really nice - pool was a quiet little escape!"

"It was a great and cheap place to stay. The owners being nice was the best thing ! Most owners around here are very rude but not these people Great pricing for a better than acceptable quality room. Bed , full fridge and bath and also smart tvs ! Quiet place ! Recommend to all"

"Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We were there for work so we didn’t check out any amenities. Outside of the property could use some landscaping work. It’s an overgrown but don’t let that you discourage you from staying. The room was nice."

"I always appreciate how well you take care of my wife and I. Very friendly staff all around. Love the way you remodeled around the new hotel"

"Ok"

"They advertise a free breakfast that does NOT exist! There wasn't a breakfast on any of the four mornings of our stay. Our original room upon check-in had a flooded bathroom due to a leaking toilet which required changing rooms. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room, yet there was a cigarette butt in the leaking toilet. The cleaning staff were a no-show the 2nd day of our stay. We had to empty the trash, make the bed and tidy the room ourselves. When I went to the front office to request...

"The room was quite large comparatively speaking, so was the bathroom. However there was no food facility in the hotel. No way to buy food or complimentary breakfast of any kind. For my companion this was a deal killer. I could not even convince her to stay our full time. She was ready to come home. This would be an ideal hotel to stay in even though it is not directly connected to the Casino."

"es horrible la habitación, con olor a cigarro, muchas cucaracha, el microondas podrido y sucio todo muy terrible mi estadía fue muy mala, no lo recomiendo"
